Tell the team whether you want selected-item packing or more extensive help. Do not assume a moving quote automatically includes packing labour, materials, unpacking or disassembly.

The existing EZ MOVES moving photos show blankets and wrap used around furniture. For your own move, identify delicate finishes, removable parts and pieces that may need disassembly. Confirm who prepares each item, which materials will be used, what is included and any handling limitations before moving day.
Make owner-packed boxes easier to handle
Use sound boxes suited to the contents, keep heavy items in smaller boxes and fill empty space so items do not shift. Label each box with its destination room and a short description. Tell the movers which boxes are fragile. Keep medicines, documents, keys and items you need immediately with you. Ask about items the team cannot transport.
Packing for a long-distance move
Include your box count and furniture list with the destination and requested dates. State which boxes you will pack and what you want EZ MOVES to prepare. Discuss the transport arrangement, any transfers and the protection terms that apply to owner-packed and mover-packed items. Confirm delivery access so packing and unloading can be planned together.

Ask which rooms or pieces are covered, who supplies materials, when packing happens relative to pickup and whether unpacking or material removal is included. Explain any deadline for vacating the property. If your inventory changes, update the team so the written scope can be reviewed.
